You may return your order within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. This can be in our office or by mail. When your package is returned at the office the purchased amount will be credited to your account within 10 days. When returning items you should always mention your contact information on the invoice inside and on the package. You can send items return when well taken care and in the original packaging (note the original must not damaged with tape and/or tags ) and mansion your order number. Send it to:

If we have processed your return. You will receive an email from us. The money will be credited to your account within 10 days. 

Always send the items in the original packaging. Hang Tags, price tags etc. may not be removed. We can decline articles that are worn and / or damaged, or otherwise does not meet our guidelines. This could lead to a not accepted return.
